About Us

Lou offers over 35 years experience in the residential construction industry along with a diploma in engineering. Lou is an elite installer with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and Legalett Geo-Slab Foundations. He has over 25 years experience working with various brands of ICF, and was one of the first installers in the Ottawa Valley. Lou offers services that go beyond the construction process. We can help with the design, drawings, permits, construction, project management, and everything in between. 

Lance is the second generation and leads the concrete division for Laventure Construction. Lance brings 12 years experience and his passion for building began early as he was raised in the construction industry. He wanted to pursue his passion for concrete and started the concrete division in 2013. Lance has completed his Red Seal in Carpentry in 2014. He has done training for decorative concrete in Calgary and at the World of Concrete in Las Vegas. He is a Journeyman Installer for FOXBlocks ICF, and a certified installer for epoxy flooring systems, decorative concrete overlays, and surface restoration. Lance is also a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and currently holds an ACI Advanced Flatwork Finisher Certification.
